Imran Ahmed Khan Niazi is the current 22nd Prime Minister of Pakistan and President of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf. Prior to joining politics, Khan was an international cricketer and captain of the Pakistan National Cricket Team, the team he led to victory at the 1992 World Cricket Championships. He started his international cricket career at the age of 18 , in a series of Experiments with England in 1971. Khan played until 1992, was captain of the team from 1982 to 1992, and won the Cricket World Cup, which was Pakistan's first and only victory in the tournament. Considered one of the greatest all-powerful cricketers of all time, Khan scored 3,807 runs and made 362 shots on the cricket test and was inducted into the ICC Cricket Fame Hall.
